Mathilda Lelong, not legal : only 17
Oooops!
Well hopefully everyone is thinking good thoughts.
There are many girls from the history of windsurfing who should be on here - such as Jennifer Gately-Henderson, one of the girls who pioneered women's wave sailing on Maui and won the Aloha Classic in 1999 & 2001. Can't always find the right photo though.
This is the 1999 Aloha Classic and at 14:10 you can see Jennifer winning ahead of the Moreno twins.
Mathilda Lelong, not legal : only 17
not legal for what Sean? To drink? Other things she is well and truly legal. She can drive, she can leave school.....what were you thinking about???
First up.....terminal..... love your work
Second, I started this thread as a bit of a joke to another thread I got red thumbed in (thanks guys/girls)

No one took up my suggestion of starting a thread so I did it my self. (you windsurfers can be so slow at times)
As a non wind surfer (tried it many years ago on a lake somewhere) I'm totally stocked with the reply's, must be the "go to" thread atm with good reason.
Well done guys, keep it up

Thanks Craig.
Nothing quite as far back as 1983 - the windsurf gear hadn't got good then, but the windsurf girls were hot from day 1.
An early windsurfing (or kiting ) photo....1964 was a big year for conspiracy theories despite the lack of wide spread broad band connections....
Great Pics
Why are a couple of the girls hanging on to the uphaul while sailing ?
Post a pic!
I think using the uphaul allows them to get the sail more upright and keep their weight out a little further in light wind.
Without doubt the greatest female windsurfer of all time - at least 15 times World Champion, Daida Ruano Moreno.
Make sure HD is on for the video.
The one that got away.
There was a video of Janni Honscheid windsurfing in high heels at Sylt in 2011 in a Reno shoe advert.
You just have to take my word for it.
Terminal, how about finding some photos of probably the most attractive windsurfer of all time - french model turned pro windsurfer Natalie Simone.
Amara Wichithong, 1980 Women's Freestyle World Champion. She now runs Amara Watersports on the beach in Thailand with her Australian husband Craig. And she is still gorgeous!

the nude shot doesn't look like Nathalie Simon
I'm not sure so I will delete the post saying it is possibly her.

you guys are stalkers
True story.
1993 PWA Tenerife. Natalie Simon is there and one of the guys from Dublin that I met there is a big fan of hers. I think she is even prettier in the flesh. One day he comes out of a supermarket all excited - "Natalie Simon is in there!". So the guys help him brush up on his French " Hello Natalie - I am a big fan of yours. I was wondering if I could have your autograph?"
So he's waiting and the girl comes out talking to another girl, and he starts "Bonjour Natalie - Je suis un grand fan de la vôtre. Je me......
He was so busy concentrating on his speech that he realised seconds after she turned around that it wasn't Natalie. At that stage he was in too deep so he had to continue and she gave him her autograph. She was one of the other pro sailors. She joined her boyfriend who had been sitting on a shop window sill and they all walked off having a good laugh.
Few days later we were sitting with some girls we met and one of them asked "What's your best chat-up line?"
All but one of us chorused "Bonjour Natalie....."
Just noticed this thread. Thought I should start one for us girls but couldnt be stuffed. Although I dont think Id have trouble finding pics as windsurfing men are in great shape. But its weird that guys no matter what hobby or sport can always source out pics, funny.
Ha ha. I guess us women do get to see more pics throughout the forum too. But that is a cool idea for a tatt, the sail number.
