Hi all, after getting a GPS for x-mas and using it a handful of times now, the display screen is now only displaying the bottom half of the screen.
I can still navigate (by memory) and it still records the information but i can't get a read out when on the water.
I haven't got it wet (double bagged) or dropped it.
Has anyone else had this issue and can it be resolved?
Cheers
Stu

Sounds like a warranty issue to me.
Take it back to where it was bought or send an email to the manufacturer - they are very helpful.

Stu, just in case........and hope this is sorted quickly for you
Should you have purchased item from an outlet here in WA, the outlet "must" support the warrantee guidelines. Some will try the old adage, "oh we need to send it back to supplier to see what they say" or "you need to send it yourself"
If faulty, the shop must refund or replace.
This is sadly a trait some have adopted, knowing full well that the legal ramifications are the shop when taking funds, then assumes responsibility for warrantee. What they do in back ground with supplier has nothing to do with up front support to/with customer.
In saying this Loco, are very quick to help if you get stuck regardless.
Last but not least, seven days to get replacement ex overseas. Anything longer than that is rubbish.
