Anyone got one? i noticed that they measure in 0.2 sec increments.
Does this make your alphas faster or not really?

Stringer,
Didn't Sailquik have a prototype GT-35 although there was never any intention to produce for the market.

Thanks for pointing to those threads Sausage. It seems sooooo long ago now and it reminds us that very little progress has been made since the adoption of the GT-31.

Interesting reading!

It would be nice if Locosys just updated the case and made the software more user friendly.

Tempted to get a gt800pro-11.

I doubt it would have the sbp-sbn data but just for cruising around it may work..sort of like a Garmin foretrex but with 1 Hz recording

Saw another frozen GT31 yesterday, someone asked how hard would it be for Locosy to fit a reset button instead of having to wait for the battery to go flat, shame they didn't ?

Firie,
I had problems with mine freezing initially until I upgraded the software. Haven't had it lock up in almost 3 years.

Looked at some of the gt-31 comments . The non-freezing version of the Navi software reduces the internal flash memory to 16,000 data points... I think the I got u has 200,000. ( of course the Navi has storage expansion with SD card but maybe with 200,000 points you'd never need a card)
