How to post a video onto Seabreeze

Ive been trying to figure out how to post a home video I've made on iMovie on a mac but i can't seem to figure out how to and not sure if i have to go through youtube or not and how i go about that. Any help would be great

The how to is on the lower left of the text box...

(When viewing the video on YouTube, click the "Share / (more share options)" link.

This will reveal a section titled Copy and paste this link into an email or instant message, with an edit box below.

Use your mouse to copy the link, return to your post and paste it in - the forums will automatically display as a video!)

But all I do is copy and past the http://www web address, hope this makes sense.

Thanks Bob, much appreciated. My daughter and I were doing this last night and were not sure as the Mac is new to both of us.
It worked with your help and we uploaded it a littl while ago.

I wonder if the newies have an issue with fogging also, pain in the A to have to remember each time
