Well, actually from Wilson's Prom nearby but they look pretty well spot on for Sandy to me. I stumbled across these this morning and I am fascinated. They bear out almost exactly all the subjective stuff I have told people for many years! 
Note that the two best directions for speed sailing here are NE to ENE and WSW! And NNE to NE is perfect offshore for surfing!

i think the problem is the wilsons prom station is at RL 95.0m so the real reading would be much lower.
