Are there any speed to speech apps currently a available for real time on the water speed feedback?
Which one is best?
Are there any that work on an Apple Watch?
What is the best way to see your speed on a device on a run? I've never been able to successfully see my speed & sail at the same time!

The Android app, GPS-Logit, has a very good 'speed talk' function. It runs well on dirt cheap, 'disposable' Android smart phones.
Downside is that it's not available to download anymore on the Google Play shop. 
Older, functional versions are around though, of you find someone in the know.
