sending gps back to locosys

hi all my gps recently crapped itself.
it seems to work but no display on screen.
need to send it back.
has anyone had to send one back and what method was used.
ie post,courier, carrier pigeon.advice keenly sought cheers ratz

I have sent one back on a warranty issue - it wouldn't recognize the card.
I think I went on the site and contacted them through their on line "contact".
I sent it via Aus post normal international parcel. If they ask you what it is - say an aerial and it has no batteries in it.

As Anne said you need to contact them via the web first, you can't
just post it to them.

Same as above.
I logged it with locosys via the website.
I actually got to speak with a tech who gave me a job number.
I then sent it via Aus Post/ International with a tracking number, and of course it didn't have a battery in it!

as above. Contact locosys via their website, they will give you a job number then you can return it by post. Locosys will get back to you with a diagnosis and repair cost. If it is totally unrepairable they will give you a good deal on a new one.
