Very sad to hear of the passing of the legendary John Hall. Great bloke, character and an awesome shaper and board builder.
He spent a lot of time in the UK and has built boards for some big names and brands.
His Hybrid designs (Northern Beaches, Sydney) back in the late 80s and early 90s were sweet.
Vale Hally.

Sad news.
John was the premier Sydney board shaper/builder back in the slalom/race boom of the 90s.
His Hybrid designs were everywhere and I enjoyed visiting his shop at Mona Vale,he was always up for a chat.
RIP Mr Hall

What a shame. Terrific dude. Met him in the 90's when I lived in Mona Vale and he build a couple boards for me. Loved hangong out at his shop. RIP John.
