Think Sue simply means swapping stuff.

If so, I have a 2011 Starboard Futura (111) I'd swap for a decent carbon boom- say 160-210 size. Board is worth around $450 I guess, as it has a little nose damage. Can supply pics for those interested.

Hi Phil
I don't have a carbon boom I can swap but i do have a SUP board 9'4" that i am keen to swap for your Futura. The board is a Mango Carfino board bamboo deck and bottom. I t is in good nick with no damage apart from some paddle scuff marks. It has rail tape and deck grip and can be ridden as a thruster or a single fin. It is a good board but now surplus as i have a few others.

Included is a photo.
I am looking for a board similar to yours or even the next size up as I am 90Kegs.
Let me know or if any one else is interested in a swap get back to me

Hey Phil - on another note did anyone take the Starboard Acid off you? I finally got to use my 68ltre Starboard Acid ( after buying it back in March - not enough wind! )
And it's frikkin awesome! I don't have any slalom or speed boards for GPS but this think looks like it will be the goods in 25kts + wind.. straighter rockerline than the Tabou Pocket wave 53cms wide and I can actually planing gybe it 1st go at a sinker so it must be user friendly!
Recommend them as a fast board for a small person if you want something that you can use for GPS + chop. ( Ok I know not as fast as a slalom etc but a good compromise.)
I think it will be a great B & J board in strong winds.. Fun!
So grab that one Phil has if it hasn't gone!

Hey Sue,

Ended up giving the Acid to Matt D's young fella. I assume he has it by now...

Sounds like they're a good board for high wind. Was too small for me- unless 30 plus knots. Sounds like you're having fun with yours

Yes I was talking to Matt yesterday and he said he had it. Yep loved mine - pity I won't be able to use it very often ( need a consistent 25kts + ).
