Heat #3 of the NSW GPS Freerace Series is scheduled for this weekend at Lake Macquarie.
We are hoping to run 2 x 30 minute sessions, with the second session extended to a 1 hr for those who want to push themselves a bit more. As before, scoring is based on whoever travels the furthest in the 30 minute period (ie highest average speed) wins!
Forecast is still a bit uncertain but we are hoping to run on Saturday, with Sunday as a backup. Location and start time will be based on forecast wind direction.

Also, for those wondering, we are planning to hold the postponed Sydney GPS heat (original #3) in Mid Feb. More details once dates are confirmed.

Unfortunately the forecast hasn't improved for the weekend, so the committee has together decided to postpone this event. It will not be held this weekend.
We'll let everyone know when the reschedule is decided on. Thanks for everyone's enthusiasm.
