1. Notice of Annual General Meeting
A notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Windsurfing NSW Association Inc. will be held on Monday 20th of July 2020, at 7pm to conduct the following business.
Attendance will be via Zoom, so please register with the Secretary (Tom Plodr secretary@windsurfingnsw.com) before 17th July to participate.
If you have any queries or concerns about this arrangement, initiated in response to COVID-19 concerns but also to allow greater participation given this is a state-wide organisation, please contact the President (Lissa McMillan lissamcm@gmail.com).
Nominations shall be in writing (form attached), signed by the nominee and proposer and shall be received by the Secretary (Tom Plodr secretary@windsurfingnsw.com) not later than 7 days prior to the date of the Annual General Meeting (i.e. 13th July).
WNSW is seeking to honour those who have contributed a great deal to the sport of windsurfing in NSW. To that end, a process of ratifying a Life Member at the AGM will be introduced. If you wish to nominate someone for life membership of WNSW, please provide the name, contact details and a paragraph supporting the application to the Secretary (Tom Plodr secretary@windsurfingnsw.com) by 13th July.

Any eligible voting adult member may nominate themselves and any other member from within those classifications for a Committee position. A member may be nominated for more than one Committee position. Election of Officer of the Committee At the annual general meeting, separate elections must be held for each committee position. If only one member is nominated for the position, the Chairperson of the meeting must declare the member elected to the position.
