Visiting Family next week and my brother is keen on trying winging. I am bringing foil and wing, Thought maybe we could find an obselete windsurf board or sup and stick a foilmount on it, instead of bringing a board from the US

foilmount.com/

Anyone got something taking up space in a shed they would like to unload?

Probably 120L or so would be good

hi mate, I have an old bashed up naish hover 130l with foil boxes you can borrow while you are visiting. unfortunately all the spots round yamba are pretty horrible at the moment with the flooding and I can't really see the water clearing for weeks. send me a message if you would like to borrow the board though.

Thanks Wally that is a generous offer. We found and old Sup (7'10") and glued on the foil mount. Not sure how its gonna to go as a beginner board, but if its a complete failure we might take your up on your offer.

I wonder how far we would need to drive to find clean water?

with this southerly forecast we have you could try down at brooms head or the river at Sandon (the road is a mess though) for learning. maybe iluka Bay in a southerly. Shark Bay if the wind goes back north. have fun you will find somewhere to have a play.
