Hi
Well, with these last few days of light wind which I absolutely love sometimes its too light. So to scratch the itch for action, MTB is the next Madness. So to get the heart rate to 180 bpm plug in the headphones and send it.
So if you ride let us know and what tracks are good.
Good vid and agree MTB is the way to go when there's no wind. Too busy on the trails around here for wearing headphones though, although people do and then hold you up on the singletrack as they can't hear you shouting to move out the way ;) . Where is that track, looks fun?
Hi BenKirk
Thanks, the ride is in the Royal National Park Sutherland.
It offers a good selection of trails nice allrounder.

Alfie's gonna be a serious rider if he keeps this up !!!
I'm not riding with him anymore, my blouse keeps getting stuck in the cranks
Half correct, but its not me, I can't take the credit. My son and Dean from Mackay somewhere.
..but obviously I would sent that gap, but I have to... um.... err....um...do the filming, yeah.
It's not that I am a piker like HotBodMon, I mean I could clear it fine, but ....... I just don't want to today.
There's nothing that damages your ego more than riding with a bunch of under 13s.

Still never made it down there, will give it a go one day. Having Manly Dam, Bantry Bay and Mount Narra within 15 minutes means I don't go far!
