I bought some prescription safety/sunglasses from Fuglies in 2019, meant I could actually recognize people at the beach and see things clearly. Biggest surprise was how wrinkly the other windsurfers were!
They have been great, I drilled two small holes and hooked some elastic around the back to keep them on (I also wear a hat so they stay on very well). They are polarized and tinted, I just sent them the numbers from my optometrists prescription and they made them to suit.
I recently noticed that the rubber "nose bridge" was starting to perish and emailed asking if I could purchase a replacement part, below is the response from Fuglies.

I have taken a nose piece part of one of the display models in the cabinet. I can send you that, as we don't have any brand new ones left.
Is that ok? If so, where am I sending them to?

How good is that, the part was received within a few days and I have replaced the worn one with the new one. Pretty good service for a 4 year old product. To be honest I actually hadn't noticed an issue when wearing them and it was only when I was washing them that I could see the rubber was perishing. I suspect it might be related to the sun cream I put on.
I just thought follow up service like that should be praised !
