Just a quick take on a new speed/slalom harness Ive been using. Used a Gaastra "Hyper" since early 00's when the Team was around. Finally switched over after said harness fell apart, best harness Ive ever used.
Pace is easy get into and has easy adjustable points of contact. Double load points on spreader bar plus super easy "grab" straps to get everything tight. One thing, being a "weirdo" and using hook up the supplied spreader bar is quite uncomfortable with the "hooks" to hole it down in the way. Not their fault for 99% of users. For normal hook down sailors its perfect.
I swapped it for an older spreader bar and this transformed it (for "up" hook sailors only). Low hook height transforms the power into the board and you can feel the pull giving you that sweet feel of "woo hoo". Comfortable and no pressure points on hips or other sensitive "bits" 
Super comfortable and wear and forget simple.
