Anyone know what the lowest tide you can sail snapper point is. (tri fins). I've forgotten. Need to write it down.

Around 1.7m is a minimum- pt Noarlunga tide predictions- but still sketchy in a few spots - if its really windy 30+ the tidal surge can add half a metre 1.9ish is probably safest

Ive done much shallower - 1.5 - and it was better!

That was an isolated knob in an unfamiliar spot! This is like my home break! My replacement fin is on order thx...

An Isolated knob sailing in an unfamiliar spot, or an isolated knob under the water at an unfamiliar spot??

Living here and enjoying low / incoming tide sails don't have a fin that isn't a few cm shorter - those carbon MFC in the tri waves just blew apart at the smallest smack - great tip flex and stiffness at base & sailing but pissweak strength wise - theG10's are the only ones that seem ti handle the constant reef grinding - triggs and ueys the worst
