Sounds a good plan...only I'd take the wind forecasts from MetEye rather than Seabreeze, which is pretty unreliable more than a few days out, I reckon.
No comp this weekend - I'm away with work. Also the Conditions are not looking that favourable for Day St so we wait .
Hi James. Apart from your away, are u looking at the same weather forcast as me? Did you sacrifice yourself to the wind gods?>
West to northwesterly 20 to 30 knots, increasing to 25 to 35 knots during the morning, then tending westerly during the afternoon

Scotty, the other problem is lack of people willing to organise and run the comp.
With all you people sacrificing yourselves it's going to be so on............
Being someone that never gets out during the working week, I feel for you!
Not this weekend either. Complex weather systems Sun/Mon - interesting to see if it evolves as predicted
Council agreed to the extension.
Will call it Sunday if the conditions are right - it's still W'ly forecast at the moment but we can take a chance on it hoping there will be some N in it - try and shift your Fathers Day commitments to the afternoon/ evening if you can.
will make final decision Friday lunchtime

3. Scott McCluskey
Open Womens:
1. Genevieve Knight
Masters Mens:

Great sailing in really challenging conditions - well done everyone!
Tough conditions at Middleton today for the State Wavesailing titles: gusty 20-35kts W and head high bumpy sets... but some pretty good waves if you got into one. Congrats to overall winner, James Barr ! Here are a few snaps from before I went out and before it turned on and off ballistic... And big cheers to James and his Father's Day crew for looking after us all!!
Crash...
