Must have been the gear he was on 
. I missed it again, stuck on an aeroplane from the GC, infact the colour of the water in those photo's it could have been up the GC, the full length wetsuit gives it away though 
There was a bit of wind up there, I think I may have seen Vando sailing off the spit at Southport, was a Severne sail with a Tiki on it.
Nice you guys scored some nice waves. Buzzy definitely deserves his own thread, did everyone else just leave him the best waves out of respect......
The photographer is also a sailor , so your seeing small glimpses in time of a 4 hour session ,the 13 sailors on water period included a very high jump from the photographer himself

For any Northern sailors reading this post , the reef has been completely checked by 15 southern sailors and their gear ,the Antman has personally smoothed off any rocks using the latest in NP and fanatic under water
grinding equipment ,it is now completely safe to sail
The Antman hard at work removing rocks from the break pops up for some air

And for those of us who miss out on such great sessions its fantastic to see how much fun everyone is having. I realise that there is some sacrifice involved in being the photographer even for part of the session. Its a reminder that a bit of time on the road is often rewarded though I still think the east coast is more fickle than most destinations.

I was only shooting pics because my board had a hole in it after I got nailed on the rocks. I had to wait 1/2 an hour for the ding stik it to go off. Not so altruistic!
The presence of the camera seems to distract from the fear of a big wipeout!!
You Northeners need to heed the call when Nosraapple makes it and experience it. Awesome every time.

Yes that is Kirra and you hit lthe lip more than she did Kazza but cameras do funny things to sailing sometimes .
I did see her do a nice dry forward in the Geraldton wave comp last year

Haven't wave sailed for so long I've forgotten how to hit the lip!! Never fear I'm keen to get back.
