From nswwavesailing.org/2021/09/09/surffx-woopi-classic-cancelled/

After much deliberation the NSW Wavesailing Association has made the decision to cancel the SurfFX Woopi Classic in Woolgoolga.

Unfortunately the current COVID-19 situation and associated restrictions make holding an event at this time unfeasible.

Given the uncertainty about the remainder of the season, the NSWWA has made the decision to suspend sales of season memberships. However, social memberships, will continue to be available for purchase, and are a great way to support the association. As an added incentive, if and when the season resumes, social membership holders will be able to upgrade to a season membership by paying the difference between the price of earlybird season membership and social membership ($100).

A decision regarding the WSS Wanda Classic and the Severne Shoalhaven Wave Classic will be made closer to the date of the events.

They may take our wavesailing comps but they'll never take our Woopi sessions.
