My Name is Darren "Dizzy" on GPSTC, I sail on the South East Qld team.
I apologise for this message as you must get this list of questions all the time. I will drive my Ford transit van over and my wife will fly there and back. She arrives in Perth on Oct 8th leaves Oct 24th. I will hang with her over those dates mainly SW corner. I have probably an extra month or so before or after she leaves.
I am great full for advice about how and we're I spend time before and after and gear to bring. I have limited space so may be 3 boards 3 sails, I have weed/delta fin range.
Albany is my dream destination but I know it's tide dependant. Thanks for your thoughts.

Oct for a couple weeks = north not south
If u can.
Exmouth ideal.
I know you want Albany for the speeed run but there will be more wind up north. Shark Bay speed run is really good

Not many easterlies in October and very low tides. Forget Albany. My choices would be gero shark bay exmouth

Not a good time of year, you should get the early seabreezes up north, but it's too soon for Perth. There could still be the odd storm coming through, but not a lot of flat water.

If he can hang around for a month after the 24th of October he might see some fun at Lancelin or even around Perth.

You're expecting us to predict the wind in 5 months time when bom who has a billion dollar budget can't even accurately predict the wind a week in advance? Bring what you can to cover light medium to strong winds. It's different every year. Every time I have traveled north it has been different every trip.

We'll see if we can send another post quarantine positive back to Vicco and get them back into lockdown for your WA summer.

Be a few less knobs in dual cabs driving like dicks down the SE of SA as well!!

I was thinking Shark Bay or Exmouth in September, is it likely to be any good?
