Thumbs Up

I put my sailboard in a boardbag and sent via Transdirect (Northline actually sent it)
The nose of board got damaged and also the bag
Anyone knows how much estimate and where to repair this (see photos)

the online claim form requires "original sales invoice" and "original purchase invoice" . I have original purchase invoice. How could someone bought something online would got sales invoice? the company (Northline) just makes it difficult to claim.

Would anyone know where I can get repair quotation just by sending them photo? I just arrived Perth and no car to send my board to repair shop atm. Thanks for your information.

I send quite a few boards interstate and the couriers will not take it unless it is in a box. Many companies have told me it must be in a box etc etc. So if you make this claim I think it is likely they will deny it based on insufficient packaging. Anyway give it a try, just wouldn't get your hopes up
