Purchased this sail from seller on Seabreeze five weeks ago, last known location was Hunter Express depot, Bannister Rd, Canning Vale - couriers cannot find it.
If someone sees it for sale in a shop or online, please contact me (0439 708 237).
Was it sent specifically via e-go Couriers? They are part of the Hunter Express group...I have dropped a few sails off there in the past for transport over east. Is there any tracking available? I would say though that the drop off area is ...umm...what I would call a little lax...like "oh yeah mate, just drop it over there"...but saying that all items were delivered safely in the end.
Note also that there are big delays with couriers across Aust at the moment, so 5 weeks isn't that unusual.
I just sent a new board from Geraldton WA to Wollongong in under a week so what's their excuse?
However I have been to that depot and the drop off was ridiculously casual so would not be surprised if still standing in the corner. In frontf the staff who can't find it....
You need a windsurfer who would recognise the box to drop in and look? To them is just a carton, to a windsurfer they will spot a sail box a mile off...?
Yeah, Ego/Hunter Express. Tracker not working since Perth depot incorrectly sent package on CTI Xpress to regional WA on 17/6, then CTI returned to Perth depot with signed Proof of Delivery on 20/6, then package vanished and Hunter Express is not responding.
Hunter just recently changed their depot to 256 Berkshire rd Forestfield WA
Got the run around 2 weeks ago when picking up a sail/mast (e-go)

^^there... i reckon you're onto it. departed old location, by the time it was returned it went to the new one and they didn;t know what to do....?

As ggf suspected the sail was returned to Forrestfield depot by CTI where it languished for a month.
It finally got to Brisbane today via Melbourne and Sydney.
Journey took 7 weeks in total from Perth to Brisbane with no updates or replies from Hunters until today.
I think HX's processes and customer support leave a lot to be desired when things go wrong.
CTI were responsive and helpful.

We have an account with ego and have sent hundreds of items over the years . Still happy with service- new booking system - new tracking- new scan ins on drop off. The worst that ever happened was a board went missing for 7 weeks - but that CAN HAPPEN WITH ANY OF THEM!
TNT lost a new dyno in the bock and it was never found. Note === Hunter express may send the item but it is often then subbed-out to other freight companies, i.e in Tassie Roadrunners do all E-GO
