Windcentre Safety Bay Yacht Club Windsurf Slalom Series 2021-22 Final results!SBYC would like to thank all the competitors, volunteers and sponsors who made this fantastic series possible. We had plenty of wind, heaps of competitive slalom racing and most of all plenty of fun.Congratulations to the series winner and club Champion Rowen Law who was an absolute speed demon, winning all the rounds he attended:-)Well done to runner up Ant Dunn and last years winner Jake Hindmarsh in 3rd.We are proud to claim SBYC has the largest and strongest windsurf slalom fleet in WA and maybe even in the whole of Australia!
P.S Special mention and shout out to Subsonic - Thanks Luke for being an absolute legend with setting up for the racing for every round, its fantastic to know that the series are in good hands.
I am stepping down from official duties at WWA and SBYC after this season as I am focused on my family, building up Windcentre business with Patrik , Karin and Bastien as well as my work at SoPYC , where we are slowly building windsurf, windfoil and wingoil fleets :-)
WWA has a fantastic new committee and Danijel and the crew has delivered a fantastic season with awesome events in Cervantes and Pinaroo.
Patrik and Karin have been an absolute legends with supporting events this season with their time, knowledge , equipment and enthusiasm! Watch this space and support Patrik brand and windcentre.com.au
I still hope to do occasional slalom race or a wave comp here and there and will support windsurfing in WA to the best of my capacity but in a less official role :-)
See you on the water!
Cheers
Premo

Super series 4 out of 5 delivered high 20s+ full power on the edge racing with a super fun vibe throughout the 5 month event.. Top marks for the safe bay club and volunteers for running a smooth running series:)) Hey premo , hope your going to continue in next season's event as won't be the same without the raging rhinos pressure around the marks ;))
