The notice of race states: "the fee must be paid via Topyacht by the closing date of 5pm Wednesday 13th October 2021" However as advertised above it has been extended until 5 pm Thursday 14th October 2021.
Topyacht is incorrectly showing as closed for entries but this is premature as the closing date is as extended to 5 pm Thursday ie tomorrow. The work around now is enter "update entry" and entries are "actually seeming to work" through the portal of 'update entry'. Hopefully Topyacht will fix this tomorrow but don't delay as the odds are good for the cash prize... This is the last chance to enter so "bonne chance" to all.
We now have 15 entries including superstar Midwinter Champ Jay Wild and former 1989 L2L youth champion (13th in the Ledge to Lancelin 1989 and first junior on slalom gear). We have entrants from the country even as far south as Busselton (BSN101). The cash prize of $200 is for the taking. This is going to be awesome as windsurfer class events typically are.

The style master Jay Wild, overall winner and lightweight champion in the WA Spring Titles shows great functional success in performing this gybe in the low wind conditions prevalent for Friday evening's opening racing, maintaining his speed and increasing it with skilful pumping as he rounds the mark with no one else in near sight. Truly good. Filming and commentary by Greg Willmott and additional remarks from Peter Schneider.
