I want to get some friends to start foiling and considering investing in aero free 1750 foils for this cause. I know D/lab has a limit on 100 cm .. The aero free 1750 is 102 cms wide. is it possible? riders will be between 60-80 kgs.

You should be fine. I'm using the 90 d/lab mast and my biggest foil is the Glide 1085 which has a span of 100cm. I weigh just under 80kg and have had zero issues. Super stable.

I used the 1305 Glide (106?) and was OK at 90kg was in light winds and calm seas, which I guess they'll be in if on 1750. The Dlab is mediocre stiffness which I notice more in turbulent or choppy water even with 1085 and 905 glides.

Yes Im not super impressed by the d/lab mast - its good but d/lab in my eyes is the flagship product. there is a new d lab version with increased torsional stiffness and monobloc design - probably this version will be on point ??
