I want to purchase a board interstate and have it delivered to Perth, WA. Any suggestions on who to use and cost to do it? Thankyou.

If the board is cheap enough that you're willing to add shipping costs it's probably long gone by now. Otherwise search the windsurf forums as this question came up multiple times and short answer it's not cheap and your parcel might get damaged or lost.
