I have been successfully windfoiling with an F4 race foil and recently decided to try wingfoiling. I weigh 95 kg and use a Naish 140 lt Hover board with a 5 m Duotone Slick on windy days (over 16 mph) with a PFi928/92 mast. I can now ride planing and without drifting. I often touch down after a few yards without stalling. Despite spending 20 full days practicing, I still struggle to ride long distances without dolphining. I am seeking advice from anyone with experience using this foil to help me improve.

I am going to answer my own question. After testing various conditions, I push the mast significantly forward that almost partially covered the handle of the board. I am posting this if anyone else tries this foil, it may help. There was another winger at our beach who suggested pushing the foil much forward than what I was setting up originally. Anyway, my dolphin moves are over and learning gybes, tacking etc is the next step.
