Hello
3 versions : SLS - Dlab - Classic (?)
I have seen a D-Lab with a boom (not the same as SLICK).
You can find the SLS Blue with handles via google images :

I love the new Unit V5 design and the new features: optional boom / handle and Allula in the area where structural strength is critical. It seems to me Ken Winner has reduced the dihedral angle ?
the pro for Unit riders is, that they can choose now between fixed handles and a fixed boom - utilising the same wing back pack. The huge con for present Slick riders is, that they seemingly loose a geniously simple one boom fits all wings solution if the Unit will be uniting both wing lines.

Will boom work on V2 Dlab Unit ?
on the picture you can see the unused inner handle attachment points - completely different connection and no backwards compatibility.
The new boom is insane. I've ridden it. It's completely faired into the strut. Full large radius transition where it screws in, so hand is super comfortable, with no FOOT to cause hand blister or any discomfort when flagging wing pistol grip style. You have to try it, to believe how good it is. My first flight I said, wow, I want the Unit just for this amazing boom, regardless of other improvements. I think it's now, the best boom in the industry.
