Has anyone tried the crossover board with a wing???

Im after a board that will wing, sup and can use a foil drive on.

Why am I going big??I can only afford one board,Im getting old and lazy.

Im a reasonable winger and sup,not anything great.

I dont want to struggle

should I look at the 125 litre??

Has anyone got any other ideas for an allround board??

I'm a fair drive from any foiling shops, closest is brisbane 2 1/2hrs away.So Im relying on feedback.

thx for any input

No crossover works well for everything (or usually even half the things they claim) but I have seen positive stuff for MB and Tabou crossovers. They may have fixed the issue, but Naish had huge issues with tracks breaking ..... so until 2027 I would not be buying a '25 model.

I've got a Naish 115 crossover and love it. Bought it to learn to foil via windsurfing and use it as a SUP foil once I worked out how to foil. I don't use it much now as a windsurf foil board as I tend to Wing or SUP Foil it. As I'm still working stuff out I, I wing with it in the surf as I can paddle home if it goes all wrong. At 7' it's short as a fin SUP but long as a Wing foil.
DONT GO TOO BIG. I now use a small wing board lots and the Crossover as the Foil SUP or fin SUP.It's a board that I'll keep as it just works for everything and an ideal travel board .

What do you weight, and what is your Sup and supfoil experience? What do you do the most/focus on?

I learned ( 59 yo back then and 70kg ) on a second hand Hover 140L with 2140 foil in 2021. No problems with the board and very forgiving in messy chops and bumps. But after 4 months I sold it on and grabbed a Hover 85L.

Consider picking up something used as once you get the hang of it, you'll be looking for something smaller.

I also used a Naish Crossover board when learning and it was great.. I then got a 125L Hover.. Also great..

How heavy are you?

I tested the new HOVER DW CROSSOVER 105 l 2025 (my weight 92 kg 56 y) for winging. It is a fantastic board, really underestimated! Because of my Armstrong foil did I choose the Armstrong ML 100 but the HOVER DW CROSSOVER is a super alternative. Perfect in lower and higher winds. I can highly recommend it!

thanks wingout,I forgot to include downwind in the title

I should understand that Im to old to do two things at once

Im also looking at the Armstrong 135 litre wing board.

Mainly want it for light wind(not a great fan of winds over 20 knots]small waves and foil drive

did you buy the Armmstrong wing or the sup board???

thx mate for your input
