Of course perfect conditions are super fun. But hectic winter madness can also be mind-blowingly fun. Often times its too messy any maximum boosting and tricks or riding waves like a surfer to and decent effect. In those conditions the mutant is the board of choice. It makes mad conditions so much fun.

Yep. It sure is exciting.
I did this one jump today. Boosted off a lip. Some decent height. There was one other kiter out and he was riding up the line on a wave towards me. Just as I reach peak height this guy slots right in the pocket in front on me. Hard to explain, but it was super cool perspective of a dude riding a wave.
Meanwhile the other guy is thinking " bloody twin tips in the surf they should be banned!!"
Hehe. If he though that, that's his limitation. To be fair this guy was riding the best boosting section of the beach not the best wave section. I spent 1 1/2 hours in the better wave sections of the beach then when I felt like boosting strolled back to close to this guy riding the easier smaller waves that had a more consistant ramps for boostage.
I could argue why wasn't this guy in the wave section of the beach? why was he in the boosting area?
