That FS700 is an amazing rip around foil for big guys. A lot of lift in a small package, fast and smooth. Works well even in small waves.
In my 7th year of foiling and it just keeps getting better.
The new downwind shapes mean that there is NEVER a day that is too small, too crowded, or too bad, with too much or too little wind to foil. I will be pushing the limits of #TooBigToFoil this winter with a 9' 6" board (to be continued).
This was in the US East Coast in Rhode Island. Summertime Dreams with a 7' 10" x 21" x 128 liter @ 10.5 lbs (4.8 kg) board, Axis 1201 and 300P tail, 75 cm High Modulus mast and short (699 cm) fuse.
Very cool and smooth foiling in river whitewater waves

Good stuff DK Don't you miss dancing on the deck like in the sup days?
How about run selection, do you find that some of the old sup runs not worth the logistics involved since it's literally half the time?
Yeah it was a 3 week old foil cut that had almost healed , lucking i had a long wetty on it would have been heaps worse.
Yeah was pretty gnarly and lumpy , I knew the foil was going to get me so I rolled up in a ball and covered my head with my hands . The mast hit my head so hard it broke my hand the board hit my leg .
