"whatcha reckon on this plan ,?", Looks like a board for good curved waves, not sure how much more wave catching and stable it will be than the 8'8 flow you commented on in original post, but should be turnier and fit into good waves better. How big a waves do you envision riding this with? I'm no shaper but I'm not a huge fan of the pulled in flipped nose, but I'm sure sunova has it figured out a lot better than me.
about 6 foot maybe more ,I think the pin will be the turning point in big waves ..

I will start up a new thread in march- april of the custom build .I'm the opposite with the no nose shape ,I find it a lot nicer in sucky swell ,
