Looks like no surf for the next couple for days after a cracking run of double surf days...not looking forward to actually having to stay at home for the last bit of lock down (before you complain I live closer to the beach than Nat Fyfe)

It's all fun boys.

Had two funny ones yesterday.
had some banking yesterday and couldn't help notice some very worried people looking at everyone that stood in line. I thought how did you handle it three weeks ago..

one was the yo-yo still can't find it asked ol mate nextdoor watch out for it mowing.
and yes mick I knew about the spin.
unwound the string by spinning the yo-yo. But ol string ****d when I got into the third around the world it took off.

We used to have yoyo fights, would of been pretty funny if that happened.

We used to fight a lot when we were kids. Mate & I made swords out of tree branches from the bush & go fully out trying to smash each other. Used to farking hurt when you smashed your fingers. That was due to our obsession with Monkey Magic.

One day we came across a broken asbestos fence, blue probably. Naturally a war broke out throwing pieces at each other which were tricky to dodge coz they didn't fly straight. Eventually I got hit in the bottom lip pretty badly & it was game over. A few months later, I was loosing a tooth from a strange part of my mouth. Only it didn't turn out to be a tooth, it was a peice of aspestos

I'm most likely headed to Nth Qld, Fraser island & Agnes Waters. July or Sept

Would like to do Adelaide to Melbourne via coastal drive again, but I think Vic's gonna be a no go zone longer than anywhere else.

Hopefully enough restrictions are lifted to allow us to do 4 weeks in July from the 7th...otherwise the missus will be happy at least if I'm surfing less & we're doing other stuff. As long as its ok to go snorkling she'll be stoked

Ok so I watched todays Scomo press briefing & the suggestion of lifting restrictions sooner if I installed the bloody App sucked me in

Summary for those who don't wish to risk dieing of boredom (vids 55mins);
* Scomo pleads multiple times to install the App, says wider uptake will lessen length of restrictions.
* Mental health is an issue as I've been saying, there was a lot on that which was good.
www.beyondblue.org.au/ in case anyone needs help, please go here.
* No foreseeable overseas travel for "a long time" whatever that means...although NZ is a probable exemption which is good coz its high on our too'do list. Might scope out January tickets, don't wanna freeze to death
Mention of states doing their own thing according to lifting restrictions earlier & going further than recommended...that would be you Victoria.

Sounds like May 11 is the next big thing in information being released. I expect they will push for a bit further with some kinda little concession to appease the masses.

don't need to watch it..i watched it live

i thought the same Mick, when you really think about it, companies already know our whereabouts anyhow.
i thought it was a great report from the government.
if we can keep it together for a couple more weeks it sounds like restrictions will be lifted.
i also like scomos thoughts of NOT opening up our airways for the time being anyway.
im not a lib voter really, but i like this bloke i think he's doing a great job.
