Have you ordered your big easy Mc? I sold a little pop out fish i got from the Surfboard Warehouse. 6'2" is way too small for me.
New(used) 8.6 Mick Mackie Smooth Glide. Sorry don't know how to rotate the photos
I'm led to believe that Mackie Designs have a deal with FINBOX at Thirroul to sell his boards. If your in the area drop in for some drooling......

Hey V,

Re finish, just wasn't sure if you were going polished, wet sand or texture deck?

How does the McCoy Mal go..?
Yep I agree needs a 10 footer
Surely you have a spare FB laying around
Nice quiver McH.
The McCoy mal goes very well. Most used board by far. Very user friendly and comfortable. Build quality is also very good!!
Yes a ten foot all arounder is just what I need!

Seems like you have a bit of crossover with all those 9fters so a 10'er would be helpful but what sort of waves and why the bigger size? glider or noserider?
I have a 10'er, the HotLog and its great when its small and lined up as a noserider but otherwise i think i'd prefer a 9'6" as I find 10' is a lot of board to handle if its bigger/steeper and you really have to walk up to trim/back to turn, they really do bog down if you just surf off the tail.
I would like a 10' all arounder. No noserider of glider. Thinking something like a fireball squaretail planshape type of thing.
I guess because lately with kids, work, helping set up my wifes business it hasn't left me a lot of water time. SO thinking a ten footer would be good with a decent amount of volume to use upto 3 ft type of thing.
I do have crossover but everyone's quiver has some sort of crossover. I like boards and if I see one I like and have the money, I buy it.
The noserider and Mackie are co-op boards with a good friend.

No issue with loving boards mate what do you mean with co-op
Yeah if good deals pop up we throw in a few hundred each and we have a new board. And because we both are deep in kids life we don't get to go too often so we never have an issue with sharing. He has a few boards on his own too so its all good!!
We've gone halves on the cost so we share them!
Great idea mate
I heard they share wetties aswell

So what you are looking at is a general surfer thats a decent wave pig for when your outta the water too much... I reckon thats a tricky thing to shape and get it right really... you might be better staying shorter, around 9' and going thicker/wider for the paddling, I know those Waldens are massive wave pigs and you dont need to go as long which means better turning and no need to walk the board...

I've got a 10 x 23 1/4 x 3 1/8 catches heaps and runs the line well just picked up a 9.6 x 23 1/4 x 3 1/4 similar thinking to want you just said Andy haven't surfed it yet but should be good and I fattened the tail as well.
