Hey Jeff, if you get the operation done you won't have to "lift and tuck" any more and you'll be able to wear your leotard at pilates safely in the knowledge that your gear won't fall out, you'll look much better in a bikini too
Eeek! See what happens with no wind. Paddles thinks Jeff will look better in a bikini ?? OMG Guys ! Hold it together the wind will return soon...
Bwahaha, if you spent some time down in our part of the world you would have been exposed to Jeff in his sluggos in the carpark fashion parade.
The "regulars" at Turner's Camp love it and Jeff has to make sure he's safely locked inside his car once the sun goes down
Howdy Andrew
Got a hard week at the office:
www.seabreeze.com.au/weather/wind-forecast/adelaide
coming up for a few weeks, maybe catchup
Gday Bob, ripper forecast down your way. No such joy here.
If theres wind when you are in town come for a sail.
Wally World at Turner's Camp today. Is Summer here yet?
Might even be a puff in the afternoon while the bank's out, for the slalom gear.
Dags, GB was good for an early northerly on/off arvo blast today. 9.5m n RB n Ahd150. Soooo smoooth.
Lovely 5-10kn high tide winter sail at Beachmere yesterday on the BIC. Got an hour and a half of nice gentle breeze before it dropped out below 5 again. Clean water and blue skies and a 25deg day.
Gunna be even better today at Turners.
Can't believe it's Winter. No wet suit needed.
The guy's at Victoria Point weren't available to sail down there today, so it's a Wally meet (or long boards) at Turners.
I like the nice clean water out the front of Beachmere and the non-existent boat traffic, just me and the stingrays. Turners is good for a stronger wind and low tides though. No wind till really late today so a bunch of us hit the motocross track to churn out laps instead. We all ride like we think we're still 20 but now feel all busted @rse like we're 80
How will tomorrow be at turners in the good northerly?
Should be good mate. Shame I couldn't stay up for another go. Stuff to do.
Edit: Just looked at it, and if it's north west it might be a little yucky.

Dude! What the? Why didn't you bring your wind sup to turners?
Was a nice day.
I had a sail Saturday and knew there was going to be less wind Sunday until real late so didn't worry about it. I'll head down to Phillip Street later on today if there's enough NW.
Fellas, i had the whole of GB to myself from 4pm til dark. Fully powered 9.5m. Hi tide, No eel grass, sailed in boardies on 22'C beatiful clear water. What a way to end the day! Eat, sleep, work, repeat.. 1pm at the beach today.
So who's going to Wello tomorrow?
Looks like westerlies.
My first day out for 9 months, I may need a rescue if my leg/back goes on me again.
I wasn't serious about being rescued.
Is there anywhere good at Bribie in a Westerly?
Think the locals sail Bongaree in Westerly.
Yeah, Bongaree mate. About as good as ya get in a westerly.
Get's a little bit of confused chop there though. Best on low tide and make your way over to the other side of the passage.
Anyone get out yesterday arvo?
I was rat running my way back from the Lake, trying to dodge all the accidents.
No wind up there, but was a nice short break.
For those who are interested, the Bistro is open and doing a roaring trade.
Was expecting the place to be empty, but we were actually lucky to get a spot on the waterfront.
You may want to ring and book if you are thinking of going over the September holidays, as apparently it is looking to be pretty busy.
^ A few Wave crew at Caloundra bar. Thought id take the RB. Wind was dropping. Low tide n 50cm fins dont go well. Just watched the crew cruise around instead.
Well that was a fun session. Good to see most of the usual suspects. Especially good to rig a sail under 8.0m.
Took a while for the tide to come in, but it was worth the wait.
For those of you who didn't sail today, we have discovered that the webbing on harnesses seem to contract somewhat over the colder months. You may want to check yours before heading out.
Hope those of you lucky enough to get out tomorrow have another fun day.
Yeah, my harness has shrunk heaps over the last couple of months
Only a quick session in blustery conditions for me but good to catch up with a few people again, even Mal made the journey up from the dark side.

Wetsuits seem to shrink too..
Will sailing season start soon - waiting for wind............
We need to get some water time up before dags gets well enough to smash our butts again
Who will be king of the pond this season???
Get well Dags
Jeff, season has already started. Weve had 2 great Northerly Fridays here at GB in the last 2 weeks. One 25kts+ n the other 18kts.
Dags, get on the water. You know itll fix you up straight away.
Thank's guy's. Finally out of hospital yesterday after a week. Maybe a couple more week's of recovery.
Thank's to Waricle Pete for making me laugh when it was impossible, and hurt like hell.
Can't wait to get back into it.
