Communist Government is certainly an oxymoron.
But I don't believe many understand the difference between socialism and communism. They are poles apart. The only similarity is that neither have money to be the equator of effort and productivity and capitalism does.
Remember folks every nation that has even been called, or calls itself communist, has actually been a socialist dictatorship. (Socialist Dictatorship is also close to an oxymoron, not in theory but in practice).
Didn't Karl Marx say that socialism was worse than capitalism, but the only path from capitalism to communism was through socialism ?
In a true (theoretical) communist community everyone is an effective billionaire. As everyone puts in the same amount of effort and everyone achieves the same level of productivity, everyone gains everything equally, including luxury yachts, giant houses and supercars. Unless of course there is no need for them, in which case they don't exist, and then the measure of a billionaire is changed, and everyone stays a billionaire, just living a life of bread and dripping.
