Did you guys order through your local shop or NP directly?

SHQ Melbourne are taking orders for next production run in Jan. Anyone looking at ordering NP in Tas should go through Damo at Jay Sails. I was told NP are only doing 2 productions runs a year for the race sails.

Hi Steve
After you have had a couple of months to test your 3 new EVOII it would be great if you could report back on how they go, I have another year before I need anything replaced but always good to hear local feedback from a sailor with your experience
Cheers

Look at sail foot! (note this is speed board!)Every year slalom sails are more and more similar to foil sails.
For few years they will end up with racing-CAT sails outline! :)

Hey Tony, still early days and have only used the 6.6 and 7.4 a couple of times each but got a few hours on them. So the main thing you notice is how powerful these sails are. Its a controlled power and you don't feel over powered. Sails feel super stable, locked in and you can really feel it accelerating in the gusts. Another great thing is the attention to detail with the sail build. Excellent quality and lots of extra bits and pieces on the sails. Final thing is the sails rig to the exact specs on the sail which is nice.

Steve i found them the same ,rig exactly to spec. The 7.4 is my Favorite sail. I have 7.4 ,8.2 and 9, haven't used 9 yet (NO mast) but so impressed with the High aspect changes that i have ordered the 6.6 and 5.8 mtr
Great stuff Aus3333. I haven't used the 5.8 yet (you will need a 430 RDM for it). You will love the 6.6, feels awesome. Seems like the high aspect thing has gone full circle. I remember using KA high aspect sails 15 years ago and loved them.
Finally received my EVO 9 6.4m replacement, 6.6m feels a lot bigger than the 9, one thing that I didn't pickup on was that you need a different mast for every sail size, lets hope the bigger wind range comes to fruition.
The old man has had a few outings on his 4.8m. Will get him to post some thoughts. Comparing to his EVO6 5m. Latest speeds in link and getting dialled in now. Loving it. gpsteamchallenge.com.au/sailor_session/show?team=27&date=2021-01-28
