Breeze came in at 20 knots as I was about to launch at Half Moon Bay.
Retreated to Morcialloc for a land paddle.
SUPers Paradise here today, a few early morning waves on the SUPer Bank
And then a 10k paddle from home to "town" and back.
sup surfing Corio bay, 7'6" Atlantis Bam Bam, no paddle required :)
That looks like fun
may have to have a go one day
Went for a paddle out to Seal Island on Fri and got a bit of a show from the sea lions, then caught the NE'erly over to penguin island, then a very lucky westerly back to shoalwater beach. Stunning day out in the bay :)
Big left on my 8'10 Acid. Fantastic on the waves, but a bit tippy waiting for the next wave.
Never could handle the acid.
After work at Ventnor.
Nice board what is it?
Coreban Turbo 14
Weirdest thing in the world.
Somewhat challenging.
FANTASTIC session out at big left. Had it to myself for over an hour. Caught some real screamers. Still smiling!

glad to hear youre high on your acid!
forgot what size you got--what'd you get and what's your weight?
waves have been crappy and scarce this winter here in Brooklyn, so i have tended to my 8'8" wp airborn, just because i dont want to eff up a rare decent sesh flailing on a new board. got one sesh on my 9'1" acid in fairly clean waves--loved it, just started to get feel of the way it turns and holds--had some balance issues paddling in, but nothing i wouldnt work through in a sesh or two---i weigh 90 kg and, with a 5.5/4 suit with 5mm gloves and booties, consider me closer to 100kg---so I may wait til it warms up a bit--and i may have no choice if local waves remain crappy choppy
pulled up to a NJ break sunday, and lamented that it has been a long while since i pulled up to a break and said ahhh, unarguably clean head high juice--always chopped out, or clean with 25 knot offshores (like sunday)---and on sunday: i got some great waves on the airborn, fun sesh, but certainly would have been flailing had i been on my tippier acid
i bought the board for those big steep clean sessions--i guess buying it has illuminated, for me, how few of those i get locally
Feel like i should have a pic up my sleeve......but Makorori Beach today.....and yesterday......and hopefully forever
Fun punchy rip bank on a metro beach at dawn, paddled out in the dark which made the shorebreak interesting!
This addiction is taking over
